Sponsorship Package 2025 

Established in January 2023 by founder Quincy Wilder, Team Wilder Basketball is a tax-exempt 501(c) non-profit organization based in King County, Washington. Our services cover all of King, Pierce, and Snohomish counties. As part of the Amateur Athletic Union (AAU), Team Wilder provides youth with opportunities to compete against top athletes in the country through high-level basketball training and development programs.

Our 15-person staff includes seven coaches, some former college athletes, who train and mentor over 200 student-athletes each year. Our vison is to create a space for youth to model confidence, commitment, and responsibility through mentorship, goal setting, and a focus on developing student athletes on and off the basketball court. Unfortunately, many families cannot afford to pay entire AAU program fees. Many need additional support to cover travel costs, lodging, and food. Without scholarships, many of our youth cannot develop their skills needed or play with higher level competition. In extreme cases, programs like ours can lose players to programs that can offer scholarships. This is why sponsorships are critical to our organization. These endorsements will put our athletes on a level playing field with some of the top athletes in the country (making it easier for them to be seen outside of their state and colleges to recruit them). Furthermore, it also allows Team Wilder to gain recognition from elite leagues such as EYBL and EYCL, including top brands such as Nike, Adidas, Under Armour and Tag to attract more elite athletes to our program and grow our impact in the region.
